Glorious Perthshire

Perthshire is home to some of Scotland's most magnificent walking routes, and Rosebank House is perfectly situated to access the best of them. From the famous Bluebell Woods to the Bowland Trails, there are so many to choose from that challenge hill walkers, Munro baggers, cyclists and mountain bikers alike.

Fishing & Pursuits

The River Ericht flows right in front of Rosebank House and is home to some of the finest trout fishing in the country, whilst the River Tay, renowned for its salmon, is a short journey away. There are plenty of shooting, hiking, and horse trekking options in close proximity. To arrange fishing trips, we suggest contact Kate Fleming Fishing & Fly Tying.

Golfing

Blairgowrie Golf Club, just a short walk from the house, is ranked among Scotland’s Top 100 golf courses and is one of the best examples of parkland golf you will find in the UK. Additionally, Carnoustie Links,  Alyth Golf Club Strathmore Golf Centre and Glen Isla Golf Club are very close, whilst the Home of Golf, St Andrews, is only 30 miles away.

The town of Blairgowrie has several independent bars and restaurants to enjoy an evening out. You will also find plenty of farm shops and cafes to enjoy in and around the local area, as well as some wonderful venues in nearby Dunkeld, Perth and Pitlochry,
